Customer satisfaction is important to LSMS, credit will be given for damaged, defective products, and incorrectly shipped products within 30 days of invoice. To receive full credit return products must be unopened and in a salable condition. In case of a customer or product dissatisfaction, a 10% restocking/handling charge will be assessed and the customer will be refunded the difference less shipping and handling. The customer pays all return shipping.

- Diagnostic test kits
- discontinued products
- Certain drop shipped or special order products shipped from the manufacture
- Expired products
- Hazardous/ORM materials
- Opened or defaced products
- Used instruments
- Oxygen tanks
Breast pumps: that have been open can not be returned do to infection control.
Damaged Shipments: All deliveries should be inspected for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If any damages has occurred, customer should note the extent of the damage on the freight bill and call us at 1-866-636-3716 immediately. Our distributors responsibility for loss or damage cease when the products are accepted by the carrier. When notified we will contact the distributor so the can file a damage claim for the goods shipped, issue credit for the damaged goods, and ship a replacement. Claims must be completed within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Missing Merchandise: Please report all missing merchandise to us at 1-866-636-3716 within 5 days of delivery.
