Payment Options:
Lights and Sirens Medical Supplies now offers PayPal as a payment option.
We accept the following credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express. Checks, money orders and cashiers checks are welcome. Orders paid with a personal check will be shipped once the check clears the bank.
Credit Terms:
- Payment is due net 30 from the date of purchase upon credit approval.
Open Accounts:
- Open account terms are "Net 30" which means we bill you upon shipment of merchandise, with payment due 30 days from the invoice date.
- Payments that are made past 30 days are subject to late fees and charges. See late fees and charges terms below.
Late Fees And Charges:
- There will be a twenty dollar charge for all returned checks.
- Late fee of $10 will be applied on account balances under $50 and a late fee of $20 on account balances over $50.
- Payments 45 days past due will be charged 10% finance every 30 days until account balance is paid in full.
- Payments 90 days past due will be charged an additional $50 for collection fees.
- Customers will also be responsible all court cost and postage to customer notify him/her of delinquent payments.
- All sale are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the venue for all disputes shall be in the courts of Virginia.
